Hoya Casted In first Musical!

Hoya has been casted in his first musical!!! This is great news! We get to see more acting and singing from him! The musical "Hourglass" is based on the hit 1995 drama of the same name. The musical will run from Dec 5th to Feb 11 2018. (full article here) After Hoya left Infinite we were all sad and he wrote us a hand written apology and thanked us for following him these 7 years. Of course he is coming back with new music for us but he wants to show us, fans, through a musical. The production team of 'Hourglass' offered him an idividual audition. After he carefully thought about his dreams and thre direction of his future activites he decided to appear in the musical. 'Hourglass' production team said, "he is an actor that we look forward for his stable acting perfromance and excellent emotion. Even though he joined later than the other actors, I believe the character of 'Baek Jaehee' is only can be drawn perfectly by his style." I am excited for Hoya! He is branching out and doing other things. Although he has left Infinite I still support him. And I hope his fans will support this new adventure. WHO ELSE IS EXCITED FOR HIS MUSICAL!?

Hoya's Letter To Everyone

We all know how yesterday has affected us. In all honesty I was a crying mess. It is going to take a while before I'm no longer numb. But Hoya has reached out and posted on his Instagram this hand written message, this is it translated, *credit to iinfinite on instagram for taking the time to translate this.* I have read this, and reread this many times. Each time has brought tears to my eyes. But I want every Inspirit to know, I am not giving up on Hoya. I am not giving up on Infinite. As a 6 member group they are still Infinite and I look forward to their comeback at the end of the year. As a solo artist or dancer I wait in anticipation for what Hoya gives us next. They are still my bias group and my family and I am going to stay a proud Inspirit fan for the rest of my life. Again lets send all the good vibes and best thoughts to all 7 of them because each of them needs it.

Take a breath real quick

INSPIRITS I have some hard and sad news. Hoya has officially left Woollim and Infinite. This is heart breaking news and its hard for me to take this in. They explained that while discussing contract renewals in June, he decided to take another path to pursue his dreams, and the company and members decided to respect his decision. “As it was a careful decision that had to be made, a lot of time was spent for consideration,” they continued. Woollim revealed, “With the exception of Hoya, INFINITE members Kim Sunggyu, Jang Dongwoo, Nam Woohyun, Lee Sungyeol, L, and Lee Sungjong have completed contract renewals.
