It's Sunday again, the weather was great, humidity finally down, and decided to take advantage by eating on the patio. Today's menu, Salmon & Roasted Zucchini & Broccoli with Quinoa mixed rice and freshly squeezed lemon orange juice.
For the Salmon
1) season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, half lemon juice & olive oil.
2) mince some fresh garlic and place on top of the salmon.
3) fresh rosemary stems, just lay them on top
