I've got news!

I know I haven't been on much lately and I'm so sorry. There is a good reason I swear! On Halloween I got some news and I was so shocked. I found out I was pregnant for the first time ever. Symptom wise it has been an easy pregnancy so far except for one thing. I have had to take a temporary leave from my work out of concern the heavy lifting I do might harm my baby. Prayers and good vibes are welcome. I hope to bring a new kpop fan into this world in July. Anyway just thought I'd share! Have a wonderful holiday season everyone!

I'm so scared!

This isn't relevant but I'm scared right now. If you watch the news I'm sure the recent shooting in El Cajon California has come up. Well I work in El Cajon and the protest is a little over 2 miles from me. So far the protest has been mostly peaceful, but tomorrow is Friday and they are planning something big this weekend. I'm scared because I work until late at night. I know from watching other protests in other cities that night is when it becomes violent. I'm scared because I have a building full of elderly I'm in charge of caring for and I'm not sure what to do. Please pray for El Cajon. Pray the protests are peaceful and nobody gets hurt. I'm scared but I'm sure I'm not the only one. Sorry for being long winded....

I love this community!

I've been a member of vingle for just about a year and you people never cease to amaze me. I love how supportive everyone is even if most of us probably will never meet and have no other connection with each other. I hope this card isn't too silly, but my heart said to make it. Everyone on this earth struggles with problems. Nobody is exempt, and to each person that is struggling, their struggle is the most difficult thing for them. Whether it is physical health, mental health, family problems, loss of loved ones, or abusive relationships, we all have been there in our own way. This card is for everyone here who is there, has been there or will be there. Please have strength and keep fighting. We are all survivors of our own personal battles. Every day you wake up and continue is a victory. Don't give up, because this community has demonstrated again and again that they will fight with you. Thank God for Korea

This week has been really rough for me. It started with 2 of my coworkers walking off the job leaving us extremely short. I have had to pick up a lot of hours. Everything got worse this morning. My cousin's 1 year old son passed away in his sleep and I found out my little sister was contemplating suicide. Honestly, if it wasn't for kpop and kdramas I don't think I would have been able to hold it together. Some pictures that cheer me up. some videos that made me smile

@kpopandkimchi my handwriting is nicer in Hangul than in English because I'm still learning so I write much slower.
