It’s that time of the year again as the Holidays are upon us. One of the biggest decisions that come with the holidays is what to do about the pets.
The easy answer is to just stay home with them and host any family gatherings or other holiday events at your home. However, most of us don’t always have the option or what to do so.
Another option is to keep them home by themselves and have a friend check in on them. Though, that’s much easier if you only have cats or other low-maintenance animals. Dogs can only hold their bladder for 6-8 hours, so it may be asking a lot from your friend to check up on your dog multiple times a day.
Then there is taking them to a kennel, but that can be expensive, and your pet may not be best equipped for them.
This leaves us with one last option, and that’s taking our pets with us on a holiday road trip. While that can seem daunting, by following a few tips and planning things out, taking your pet with you doesn’t have to be scary. And we’re sure grandma and grandpa will love you see their fur grandchildren. Check out Tin dog for amazing pet blogs.
