HOW TO GET A SWEET HEAT BIKINI BODY
LADIES!!!! Summer is 5 months away. Two years ago I went to Puerto Rico with my sisters and we were determined to have bikini bodies. We literally worked out everyday and kind of changed the way we ate a month before our trip. We had a suit case full of Sweet Heat bikinis and we just knew that our bodies had to be on TEN. I'm going to share with you some of the work outs we did to plump our assets and kept our tummies nice and flat.......... READY??!
FIRST we did a stretch for about 5 minutes. Stretching is very important! PLEASE stretch before every work out. It helps warm your muscles up and for me it reduces the after workout burn. This guy once told me that when working out you shouldn't do anything less than 15 so every work out we did was 15 on one side and 15 on the other. When I really wanted to push myself I would double up or just do it until it burned.
NO CHEATING!!!! Do them throughly and feel the BURN!!! Once you're done lay down on your back and control your breathing. Put some meditation music on let it all sink in over a nap.
