Caramel Apple Protein Shake
Get in shape while enjoying one of fall's best flavors: caramel apple! This protein shake provides a perfect meal replacement for those trying to slim down, and an excellent way for hardcore lifters to bulk up – all while being perfectly seasonal and delicious :) Caramel Apple Protein Shake Makes 1 serving of only 230 calories! 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1 small apple, skin removed and diced ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon 2-3 ice cubes 2 tablespoons sugar-free butterscotch pudding mix
Combine all ingredients except ice and stir well. Allow to sit 15 minutes or so, allowing the butterscotch pudding mixture to thicken the texture. Add mixture and ice to blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
