After attending the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, I followed my passion to The Pelican Hill resort in Newport Beach to work alongside Chef Jeff Lehuede. Later, I graduated from Chapman University in Business Administration and Leadership. I now follow my passion in assisting others with creating high quality desserts for all special events in the Southern California area. I pride myself in working with fresh and organic ingredients that will compliment my elegant desserts.
