어제부터 카페 및 음식점 등 시간 제한이거나 조건부 영업을 한다. 그런데 어의없는 것은 메이저급 또는 체인점 카페만 실내에서 먹고 마실수 없다. 오직 체인점 카페만 해당된다. 커피는 패스트푸드 및 빵집에서도 커피 와 음료를 판매한다. 너무 불공평하고 웃긴 정책이다. 현재는 개인카페와 패스푸드, 빵집에 몰리고 있다. 커피를 팔아도 어디는 되고 어디는 안된다는 것이 나는 이해하기 힘들다. 집합금지를 위함이라면 균등하고 획일적으로 시행하지 않은가? 상식적으로 이해 할수 없다.
