Play as Robin and Nightwing in Batman Arkham Knight!

The latest trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight shows off the Dark Knight's allies Catwoman — who was teased over the weekend — Nightwing and Robin, all of whom are playable thanks to an on-the-fly-switching feature the game will introduce. Developer Rocksteady is calling it "Dual Play," and though this trailer is assembled entirely from cutscenes or scripted events, the cinematics suggest that solo players can use it to pull off tag-team maneuvers. Dual Play appears to be similar to the character-switching seen in Grand Theft Auto 5.

Just Cause 3 Gameplay Reveal Trailer

Square Enix has released the first gameplay trailer for Just Cause 3, revealing plane-jacking, skydiving and wingsuits. The trailer, which you can see above, is the first look at what's coming in the next entry in Avalanche Studio's series when it releases later this year. Just as you could expect, there are a whole lot of things that explode and/or crash in this Just Cause 3 trailer.

Official Call of Duty: Black Ops III "Ember" Tease

The big reveal for Call of Duty: Black Ops III is landing this Sunday. In the meantime, Activision and Treyarch have released a pretty intriguing teaser trailer. Granted, it doesn’t show any gameplay, like a lot of other trailers being released right now. But it does hint at the world this Black Ops entry will exist within. I've always respected what Treyarch have done with the series, so I am definitely looking forward to seeing what they can offer to the series. We’re shown a futuristic society with DNA upgrades, organ replacements, telepathy, and super-soldiers. It’s optimistic at first, but quickly slides into dystopian sci-fi. Hopefully it won't be Treyarch's own version of Advanced Warfare, but we will have to wait and see if they can spin it in a unique way.

Tony Hawk Posts a Live-Action Pro Skater Joke, Hinting at Leaked Info on New Game

You may have heard that Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 5 (working title!) is coming soon, and Tony Hawk himself has begun to joke about the leaked game with his Instagram account. This clever little video uses music from Pro Skater 2, skater Rob Wootton acting out the animations from the older game's menus. The whole thing is nostalgia inducing if you're a fan of the classic games. You can check out the video here on Tony Hawk's Instagram account. If you are familiar with the series then you'll quickly realize that Rob Wootton is acting out the character selection screen and animations from the classic Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2. This isn't the first time Tony Hawk has alluded to an up-and-coming sequel in the series. Like Tony has mentioned, this is probably not the last teaser we will get. We'll likely get a full announcement at E3 this year, but this emphasis on the more classic details of the franchise is really encouraging. What do you think of a new Tony Hawk's Pro Skater?

Star Wars Battlefront Revealed!

The ominous thud of an AT-AT stomping down. Rebel forces firing blasters. Imperial speeder bikes zipping by. Intense dogfights between squadrons of X-wings and TIE fighters filling the skies. DICE, the studio behind the Battlefield franchise, has taken on the development of the Star Wars Battlefront series with a heavy hand. This is the first trailer to reveal footage of the game in action, and all I can say is I'm bubbling with excitement. I remember playing the old Star Wars Battlefront games as a kid, and I'm sure DICE will bring the series to bigger and better things. DICE will *hopefully* give this series what it deserves. The only thing worrying me about the development of this game is EA. EA has been known to push its development teams to release games that are unfinished. Take Battlefield 4 for example, it was DICE's first release on the new console systems, and it was pushed to be one of the first games available. Because it was pushed, day 1 bugs weren't fixed until it had been out for over 6 months. That being said, Battlefield 4 is a great game and not it is as polished as could be. There are a million things that could go wrong with Star Wars Battlefront, but I'm hopeful. Now for some beautiful Star Wars Battlefront screenshots!

Bloodborne Sales Top One Million Worldwide

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Studio and From Software’s PlayStation 4 action RPG Bloodborne has cumulatively sold through more than one million units worldwide as of April 5, Sony announced. Not only has Bloodborne done extreme well for a new IP, it has out sold Battlefield: Hardline on the PS4. Battlefield: Hardline is a triple A game series backed by a huge published (EA), that has to tell you something! “Bloodborne was a new challenge for us, and our goal was to create a title that took full advantage of the power of PS4,” said SCE Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida. “I am thrilled that so many users have been enjoying the extremely rich and detailed world, beautiful melancholic atmosphere and palpable tension of Bloodborne. SCE WWS will continue to bring exciting software titles that offer entertainment experiences only possible on PS4.”

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - New Gameplay Trailer!

On Friday, CD Projekt Red sent out the first official gameplay trailer for its boundless RPG, highlighting the breadth and variety of content you’ll be able to explore in the game’s vast open world. Although there are plenty of breathtaking sights to see in the Northern Realms, this is a world filled with religious fanaticism, racial hatred and war. And if that weren’t enough, there are also monsters haunting the countryside, breeding in the sewers and attacking traveling merchants from coast to coast. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be available for PS4, Xbox One and PC on May 19th.

Old People and Teens React to The Last of Us

I think there is a big difference between the reactions in these two generations. Whether it's their ability to connect with some so virtual on an emotional level, or their physical ability to interact with the game. The reactions are not one in the same. The elders expected things to happen without interaction, simply stood there waiting for something to happen and in the end die, while the teens tested and explored. I think the fact that this is such an alternative source of entertainment for the elders is the reason that they have trouble giving the same type of reaction. Maybe I'm reading into it too much, what do you think?
