नाशाद वो संगीतकार जिनका अच्छा ख़ासा नाम था शौकत फ़िल्मों में भी उन्होंने कभी शौकत हैदरी और कभी शौकत देहलवी के नाम से संगीत दिया। मगर फिर ऐसा क्या हुआ कि उन्हें अपना नाम बदलने की ज़रुरत महसूस हुई। जबकि वो अपने असली नाम से भी कई फ़िल्मों में अच्छे गीत दे चुके थे ? बड़ी ही प्रोफ़ेशनल कहानी थी उनके नाम बदलने के पीछे ? पर उसके बारे में जानने से पहले उनके बारे में कुछ और बातें जान लेते हैं। Nashad Biography शौकत अली का जन्म 11 जुलाई 1923 को दिल्ली में हुआ। अपनी स्कूली पढाई पूरी करने के साथ साथ उन्होंने बाँसुरी बजाना सीखा और क़रीब 40 के दशक में मुंबई जाकर बस गए। मुंबई में उन्होंने क़रीब 29 फ़िल्मों में संगीत दिया। मुंबई में बतौर संगीतकार उनकी पहली फिल्म आई 1947 में “दिलदार” जिसमें उन्होंने शौकत देहलवी के नाम से संगीत दिया था। 1948 की “जीने दो”, “सुहागी”, “टूटे तारे” और “पायल” में उन्होंने शौकत अली के नाम से म्यूजिक दिया। इसके बाद वो शौकत अली हैदरी के नाम से संगीत देने लगे। 1949 की फ़िल्म “दादा” में उनके संगीतबद्ध कई गाने हिट हुए। फिर 1949 में ही आई फ़िल्म “आइए” जिसमें उन्होंने मुबारक बेगम को पहली बार प्लेबैक का मौक़ा दिया। इसके बाद 1951 की “ग़ज़ब”, 1953 की “चार चाँद” जैसी फिल्में आईं। मगर “दादा” से जो थोड़ी बहुत लोकप्रियता उन्हें मिली थी वो फिर नहीं मिली और न ही अच्छी फ़िल्मों के प्रस्ताव मिले। 50 के ही दशक में उन्हें मिली लेखक-निर्माता-निर्देशक J नक्शब की फ़िल्म “नग़मा”, जिसमें हेरोइन थीं नादिरा। J नक्शब वही थे जिन्होंने महल फिल्म का मशहूर गीत “आएगा आने वाला” लिखा था। “नग़मा” फ़िल्म की शूटिंग के दौरान ही नक्शब ने अभिनेत्री नादिरा से शादी कर ली थी। J नक्शब की रेपुटेशन कोई बहुत अच्छी नहीं थी और उन्होंने कई ऐसे काम किए भी जिनमें से एक था शौकत हैदरी का नाम बदलना और इसके पीछे मंशा उनका भला करना नहीं था बल्कि दर्शकों को धोखा देकर अपना फ़ायदा करवाना था। 50 के दशक में सबसे मशहूर संगीतकार थे नौशाद। नक्शब ने पहले संगीतकार नौशाद से ही फ़िल्म में म्यूज़िक देने के लिए संपर्क किया था मगर नौशाद ने उनके प्रस्ताव को ठुकरा दिया। इस बात पर J नक्शब को बहुत ग़ुस्सा आया और उन्होंने उनके नाम को भुनाने के लिए उनसे मिलता जुलता नाम शौकत हैदरी के लिए चुना ताकि confusion में ही सही लोग उनकी फ़िल्म देखने के लिए सिनेमा हॉल तक जाएँ, उसके गाने सुने। और इस तरह शौकत अली हैदरी बन गए नाशाद। “नग़मा” का म्यूजिक काफ़ी पसंद किया गया फिर 1954 में आई “दरवाज़ा”। लेकिन जब 1955 में “बारादरी” आई तो उसका एक-एक गाना बहुत मशहूर हुआ और इस तरह कि आज भी नाशाद का नाम लेते ही फ़िल्म बारादरी का नाम याद आता है। मगर उस समय इसका फायदा नाशाद को नहीं मिला क्योंकि लोगों को यही लगा कि वो गाने नौशाद ने बनाए है और नाम छपने में कोई ग़लती हुई है। लेकिन गानों की मधुरता में कहीं कोई कमी नहीं थी आज भी ये गाने कानों में रस घोल देते हैं। For more information and to read the full article in Hindi visit my page thoughtfulaffairs Author Neetu Sharma
