झारखंड में करमा पर्व कृषि और प्रकृति से जुड़ा पर्व है, जिसे झारखंड के सभी समुदाय हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाते हैं। करम नृत्य को नई फ़सल आने की खुशी में लोग नाच गाकर मनाते हैं। इस पर्व को भाई-बहन के निश्छल प्यार के रूप में भी जाना जाता है। रांची (झारखंड)। करम या करमा पर्व झारखंड के आदिवासियों और मूलवासियों का लोकपर्व है। यह पर्व फसलों और वृक्षों की पूजा का पर्व है। आपको यहाँ की संस्कृति और लोक नृत्य कला का आनन्द करमा पर्व में भरपूर देखने को मिलेगा। आदिवासियों के पारंपरिक परिधान लाल वार्डर की सफेद रंग की साड़ियाँ पहने लड़कियाँ जगह-जगह लोक नृत्य करते नजर आयेंगी। भादों महीने की उजाला पक्ष की एकादशी को यह पर्व पूरे राज्य में बड़ी ही धूमधाम से मनाया जाता है जबकि इस पर्व की तैयारियां महीनों पहले शुरू हो जाती हैं और पूजा पाठ एकादशी के पहले सात दिनों तक चलता है। झारखंड में करमा कृषि और प्रकृति से जुड़ा पर्व है, जिसे झारखंड के सभी समुदाय हर्षोल्लास के साथ मनाते हैं। करमा नृत्य को नई फ़सल आने की खुशी में लोग नाच गाकर मनाते हैं। इस पर्व को भाई-बहन के निश्छल प्यार के रूप में भी जाना जाता है। आदिवासी इस पर्व के बारे में बताते हैं, “जैसे रक्षाबंधन में भाई बहनों को उनकी रक्षा की बात कहते हैं वैसे ही हमारे यहाँ करमा पर्व में बहनें व्रत रखकर भाई की रक्षा का संकल्प लेती हैं। हम व्रत करते हैं पारम्परिक परिधान पहनकर कई दिन पहले से ही नाचना गाना शुरू कर देते हैं।” प्रकृति और भाई-बहन के निकटता का यह पर्व ये सन्देश देता है कि यहाँ की हरियाली और पेड़-पौधे इसलिए हरे-भरे हैं क्योंकि यहाँ के लोग प्रकृति की पूजा करते हैं। इनके देवता ईंट के बनाए किसी मन्दिर या घर में कैद नहीं होते बल्कि खुले आसमान में पहाड़ों में रहते हैं। झारखंडी संस्कृति के लोग किसी आकृति वाली मूर्ती की पूजा नहीं बल्कि प्रकृति की पूजा करते हैं। इनके हर पर्व की तिथियाँ, मन्त्र सबकुछ इनके अपने होते हैं। “हम लोग पेड़-पौधे और जंगल के बिना नहीं जी सकते, इसलिए इनकी रक्षा और देखरेख करने के लिए हमारे यहाँ कई पर्व मनाये जाते हैं जिसमे करमा पर्व सबसे बड़ा पर्व है। इस पर्व पर लोग पेड़ की पूजा करते हैं कुछ लोग नये पौधे लगाते हैं।” “मिलजुल कर मनाने वाला ये पर्व पर्यावरण के साथ-साथ रिश्तों को भी मजबूती देता है। लोग एक साथ नाचते गाते पूजा करते हैं। सात दिन पहले करमा पूजा की शुरू हो जाती है पूजा सात दिन पहले कुंवारी लड़कियां अपने गाँव में नदी, पोखर या तालाब के घाट पर जाती है वहां बांस की टोकरी में मिट्टी लेकर अनाज जिसमें कुर्थी, गेहूं, चना और धान के बीज बोती हैं। टोकरियों को बीच में इकट्टा रखकर सभी सहेलियाँ एक दूसरे का हाथ पकड़कर चारों ओर उल्लास में गीत गाती हुई नाचती हैं। यहीं से बीज के अंकुरित होने की प्रक्रिया शुरु हो जाती है। इन टोकरियों को घर लौटकर एक स्थान पर रख देती हैं। करम त्योहार के एकादशी तक हल्दी मिले जल के छींटों से सुबह शाम नियमित रूप से सींचती हैं और हर शाम गांव की सखी-सहेलियां एक साथ घर के आंगन में टोकरी को रखकर एक-दूसरे का कमर पकड़े नाचती, झूमती, गाती हुई चारों ओर परिक्रमा करती हैं। सात दिनों में ये बीज अंकुरित हो जाते हैं जो एकादशी के दिन करमा पूजा के रूप में शामिल होते हैं। इन अंकुरित पौधों को यहाँ जावा कहते हैं। Source: Jharkhand News
