In Korean, using "this" and "that" is really easy and useful! 이 - This (close to speaker) (ee) 그 - That (close to listener) (keu) 저 - That (far from both speaker/listener) (jeo) Examples: 이것 - This thing (ee-geot) 그것 - That thing by the listener (keu-geot) 그사람 - That person (by the listener) (keu-saram) 저사람 - That person (over there not near the conversation) (jeo-saram) Listen at 0:54 이렇게 저렇게 이렇게 저렇게 (i-reo-ke jeo-reo-ke, i-reo-ke jeo-reo-ke) Like this, like that, like this, like that Does the 그 and 저 explanation make sense? Can anyone explain it more clearly (I feel like its hard to explain hahhaa)

너는 너 나는 나 (No no no na no na) [Hyuna: Roll Deep]

Another one of my misconceptions: "no no no na no na". Okay: to be honest, I seriously thought that Hyuna was singing to me. Like, really. (Listen to Hyuna's whole Roll Deep/Because I Am the Best here!) When you sing it, it's kind of slurred, so I can sort of tell why I thought she was *singing* that. Here's the part that sounds like it. Doesn't it kinda sound like she's singing? Well: I was proved otherwise. I looked it up, and I came across the result: "너는 너 나는 나" (neoneun neo naneun na). Especially with these kinds of phrases, it's really hard to hear it right the first time. She's saying, "You are you, I am me". Let's go through this phrase one by one. 너는(neo-neun): You are 너 (neo): You 나는 (na-neun); I am 나 (na); I Or, something close to that (correct me if I'm wrong!) The difference between 너 and 나, is that 너 hasㅓ(eo), and 나 hasㅏ(ah). Basically o and a. Agh! That's the only difference there! Confusing!!! But after I started listening to this song more, I realized that it's not too hard. It's just no nooh no na nooh na. 괜찮아요 (gwenchanayo; it's ok), I've got this. [The word I just used there (괜찮아요) is probably used in every drama, I mean it. It's one of the first word (er, phrase) I discovered while watching K-Drama :)] //her winks are so adorable :3// 안녕 (anneyong)!

We all saw Jin's little kiss scene in 'Blood Sweat & Tears' so I wanted to talk about a few other MV kiss scenes that are lovely~ Hakyeon (VIXX) in Brian Joo's 'Let This Die' You read that right, VIXX helped out Brian Joo for his MV and while Taekwoon was being mopey at the bar, Hakyeon was angry-kissing some girl with too much eye liner! The kiss happens at 1:30 Minhyuk in BTOB's 'Irresistible Lips' What's up with Korean guys angry-kissing girls?! Well, here is Minhyuk trying to get his lady friend back at her wedding. The kiss happens at 3:30 Hyuna and Hyunseung's 'No Tomorrow' They kind of kiss the whole time, but the main kiss starts at 1:30. No, they aren't dating, but yes, their chemistry is electric. Taehyung in WINNER's 'I'm Young' This entire video is so lovely and emotional, I wish it got more love and I encourage you to watch it now :) The kiss scenes start at 1:15 Taeyang in '1am' Taeyang got a lot of heat for this video with his current girlfriend, and it was obviously marked with a 19+ rating. Family Guy Understands Us

Recently on the new episode of Family Guy, aired at 9pm est (1/3/16), they had an ENTIRE episode dedicated to Hallyu. Even though it mostly covered K-Dramas and a little bit of K-pop, it still did it! I dont want to spoil anything but I have to say if Peter ends up liking Sistar, it says enough. the episode itself is pretty funny and I have to say it made me extremely excited to watch it too! The episode featured Touch My Body mv NOT ANIMATED. Peter, Joe and Cleveland even did an English parody/cover to Hyuna's Bubble Pop!! Of you havent watched the episode, I recommend that you do. You might lose your sh*t, just a fare warning. The episode is called "Candy. Quahog. Marshmallow." HYUNA: Why "Too Sexy" Isn't a Problem

I recently wrote about how I'm a little disappointed in Cube Entertainment over Hyuna's new mini album teaser (and to be honest I still am) but now that her new MV is out I have a ton of things to say: Let me start off by saying, I LOVE HYUNA. While I'm not going to say she's a great singer or rapper, you have to admit that she's an incredible performer which at the end of her day is her JOB. She's magnetic, charming, and something about her work is so. damn. catchy. That being said, you can take her singles a few different ways but people tend to either think that she's WAY too sexy or that she's awesome for celebrating female sexuality. So which one am I? Somewhere in the middle... Sure, I have a few issues with her video but overall it seems pretty girl-power to me. There are no men in the video except for Ilhoon who raps about how Hyuna is a queen. She's not rapping about how all the guys want her, she's rapping about how she's the best over everyone - she's not here to impress or please anyone cause she's already at the top. As for how sexy the video is, yeah the choreo is definitely 19+ but it's not too different from a lot of other groups out there - people just expect it more from Hyuna. But no matter how much hip action is going on at the end of the day Hyuna is saying "don't touch me, you can't touch me" and makes it clear that she is proud of herself, not trying to get guys to want to be with her. Again, yes the choreo is a little racy but I'd like to introduce you to Infinite's Hoya: Basically, I think that Hyuna's image is definitely over sexualized but she does it in a way that is empowering not belittling to women. She's celebrating the fact that she's sexy but also that she's a powerful and independent woman. So she's promoting self-confidence, independence, sexual expression, and girl power? Just a side note - If you aren't already a fan, please follow her Instagram so you can see how much of a genuine, lovable goofball she is. Originally I didn't like her just because I formed my opinion of her out of what I saw on stage, but now I know a totally different side of her (granted, I still don't know her personally sooooo) and she's GREAT. She's constantly praising other artists and her backup dancers and she really just lives life to the fullest. YOU GO HYUNA, YOU GO. Check out the video below and let me know what you think :D
