White Lacy Pumps
What will your feet be wearing on your wedding day? If you're going with something trendy, then it's got to be white and lacy, with a heel. This cover image is the infamous Christian Louboutin "Impera", which features a lacy corset closure and a heel 4.72 inches in height. That's high, and without a platform! The classic red sole makes this an instant iconographic image. Your guests may not know who your dress is by, but the shoes will be a dead giveaway. The more modest heel, measuring at just under 4 inches, is this lattice and floral network white calfskin and nappa pump by Christian Dior. This one echos a basic pump silhouette--something slip on and off. No zippers, corsetry or closures. Valentino is another option if you want to add some sparkle. This 4 inch heel pump is also a classic silhouette with satin and lace and rhinestones. The white fabric is actually a VERY LIGHT ivory, which would make the perfect "white" for all the designer gowns that have eschewed bright white, in favor of more natural shades of white.
