Hello Fam! Self-Care does incorporate many elements. You have to work on the mental/psychology, emotional, social, financial, and spiritual parts of your life. However, there is also physical outside of skin routine. YOU HAVE TO MANAGE YOUR DIET...WHAT YOU EAT. No Fam I'm guilty of not eating the best, but I have come far in my journey of better eating. I know some people are interested in a few new diet tends. Now I encourage ppl to stick to healthy habits and trends. But I'm not a doctor by any means so consult with them. I'm just sharing some information I found on these current popular food trends. I've been doing just low carbs and high protein. However, in February I'm trying the Whole 30. I can update y'all on that journey.
