Fab Friday Find: Tom Ford Cosmetics
In case you missed it, Bergdorf's unveiled the new Tom Ford limited edition lip and nail box, featuring eight (8) nail lacquers and eight (8) lip sticks. Part of the experience is the unboxing. These cosmetics come in a sturdy box that is all at once elegant and masculine.
Price: $656
Tom Ford's lip color lip sticks took the Neimen Marcus 2015 Beauty Award. And according to Tom Ford, "There is no more dramatic accessory than a perfect lip. It is the focus of the face and it has the power to define a woman's whole look." Well said. Each of the 23 colors represent Tom Ford's modern ideal of an essential makeup shade.
Ingredients to the must-have lip stick include soja seed extract, Brazilian murumuru butter and chamomile flower oil, which adds to create an ultra-creamy texture with an incredibly smooth application. Specially treated color pigments are blended to deliver pure color with just the right balance of luminosity.
Price: $52
Uncompromising finish, classic colors--each encased in statement glass bottles, Tom Ford's nail lacquers are the perfect accessory for the fingers, besides a brilliant diamond ring!
Price: $35

I know. Like, his colors are so intuitive for the seasons. His fall collection last year? Genius @marshalledgar
I haven't been following him too much. Just here and there. I've been a little obsessed with the talent that's coming from Beirut. I'm talking 20-something designers that are bringing back refinement, detailing and delicate fabrics. A lot of done-by-hand work. Great stuff! @TessStevens
I need either a nail lacquer, a lippie or both! tom ford is def worth it. I would purchase one of these over the $90 Louboutin lipstick anyway.
I always get mixed emotions about expensive cosmetics that are more or less lip sticks and shadows. The same is true for jeans that retail for $1300. On one hand, I get it, people are willing to empty bank accounts for a name brand. But at the same time, there are youtube stars teaching you how to make the same shade for pennies from a box of crayons. haha
I agree!!! some things just aren't worth spending the money on. it's never about the name brand for me, although that's an amazing perk that comes with products, etc. sometimes items without the huge name are just as good. I def can agree with you on the jeans.
