Today is the last day for my sister and her husband in Slovenia. Of course, I was the one to make a late lunch. We are still kind of full of all the "holiday" food, so they said something easy. When I served them with my special pad thai, they were amazed. I added some tortilla chips and red salsa deeping so it was kind of asian fusion maxican kind of lunch. I also served them with these amazing looking infused waters with lemons, oranges and red grapefruits. Of course freshly picked lattuce was a must as well.
