People with long hair never have limited hairstyles to try. There are tons of cute trendy hairstyles out there but a lot of them requires complicated braids, twists, knots and heating tools that may cause breakage to your hair (If styled improperly). Hence, there is a limit when it comes to non-breakage hairstyles. But don't worry because there are a few cute stylish hairstyles you can do while lounging at home or running errands. No heat involved!

1. Scarf Ponytail

Pull your hair up in a ponytail. Then secure it with a neck scarf. I say neck scarf because the length is not too long and not too short. A bandana also works! If you have a lot of hair you might need to use a non-plastic elastic to secure the ponytail first. Otherwise, you can use one or two bobby pins to keep it in place.

2. Cascading Side Dutch Braid

This hairstyle is really really simple if you master French braiding. You're basically reversing the braid to create a Dutch braid. Scroll to the right or click the right arrow to see full instructions by Hair Romance.

3. Simple Side Fishtail Braid

The side fishtail is a cute way to enhance your side profile and add more texture to your straight hair. Simply take a section from the crown and fishtail braid then secure with bobby pins. Picture from Kylee Pickering.

4. Braided Crown

Split your hair in two equal sections. Then, braid each section with a simple 3-strand technique and secure the ends with hair elastic. Criss cross the two braids and bring it to the crown. Finally, pin it in place.

5. Simple Twisted Ponytail

Split hair into two section. Take the larger section and pull it into a ponytail. Take the smaller section twist it and wrap it around the ponytail. Then secure it with hairpins. Slide to the right for picture instructions from Cup of Jo.
