Pisco + Rosé = One Magical Cocktail
Sparkling wine is nice on its own, but there's nothing classier than dressing up that bubbly with a little splash of something else.
Behold, the Arbor Blush. Pisco, a grape brandy originating in Peru and Chile, is mixed with Lillet Rosé, a fruity, floral aromatic wine. Muddled green grapes add a touch of tartness, and the whole shebang is topped with sparkling rosé, creating a lovely blush-hued cocktail that marries elegance and flavor.
Make your own with the easy instructions below!

Arbor Blush

Makes 1 drink. Recipe and photo by Saveur.
1 oz. Lillet Rosé
1⁄2 oz. pisco
3 green grapes, plus more for garnish
Sparkling rosé, such as Chandon Rosé, to top
Muddle Lillet, pisco, and 3 grapes in a cocktail shaker; fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a champagne flute; top with rosé and garnish with grapes. Enjoy!

Thank you for sharing a great wine update for weddings! This is perfect for brides looking to toast with a little something extra or unique. And who doesn't love grapes anyway?! I wonder, would it be okay to garnish with frozen grapes? I like my WINE FREEZING COLD! @allischaaff
@marshalledgar Honestly, that idea is INSPIRED! You're the king of cocktails. :) I think popping a few frozen grapes in there would be amazing. And isn't the blushing color just perfect for a spring or summer wedding??? Glad you appreciated!!
@allischaaff love the color. I can see this for a copper and black Fall wedding too. all-season wedding wine
