I figure, if I'm willing to drag myself away from the comfort of my cloud-soft bed for a Sunday Mimosa, why not put this on the breakfast menu Monday thru Friday?! BRILLIANT!
Prosecco Cranberry Mimosa
1 sprig thyme (submerged in a glass)
fresh cranberries (for garnish)
Directions (for good days)
Equal parts Prosecco and cranberry juice.
Directions (for Mondays and bad days)
2 parts Prosecco, 1 part cranberry juice.
Directions (when on the dot)
2 glasses of Prosecco and a shot glass of cranberry juice.
