Grab some tortilla chips, you're going to snack on something delicious today! Salsa and chips are one of my favorite pairings for snacks. Most times, I can't put the bag down. And why should I? ;)
Alright, loves...let's make something easy!
What You'll Need:
4 large plum tomatoes (diced)
1/4 cup white onion (chopped)
3 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
2 teaspoons jalapeno (minced)
1 1/2 teaspoons of lime juice
1 small garlic clove (minced)
Salt to taste
How To Make It:
1) Combine and mix all ingredients into a bowl. Transfer into a food processor. Pulse.
