You may be wondering why I grouped days 3 and 4 together. Reason 1, it was the weekend, Saturday and Sunday. Reason 2, honestly not much happened. lol. Saturday, Day 3: I worked out on the treadmill for an hour b/c I didn't have to walk to the office for the day. - Instead of going to jamba juice, at just ate two boiled eggs (only the whites) with an orange. I had this about 9 am - later that day I had an event that I needed to attend, but I was busy all day until that time, so I didn't get to eat anything. - At the event, I ate something that was corndog-like and a gatorade. (This was around 5pm) - By the time the event ended and I got home, it was around midnight. I was too tired to go get anything, so I just went to sleep. Random Note: Even with eating at the Brazillian BBQ I was done 1 kg. Weight on Day 3: 132.40 Sunday, Day 4: I worked out on th treadmill for an hour b/c I didn't have to go to the office. - For some reason, I was feeling ill the whole day, so I didn't really eat b/c nothing would stay down :( - I basically lived off gatorade and water the rest of the day b/c nothing stayed down. Hopefully, I will not be as sick tomorrow. Weekends can be difficult. I think there will need to be a week diet and weekend diet plan
