Sunday is the best time to relax and give your hair a little treatment. With the humidity kicking back and temperatures going back up a minty and refreshing hair mask is just the thing you need to de-stress.
1 ripe banana
10 drops of peppermint essential oil
1 tablespoon Coconut milk
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1. Mash the banana in a bowl (doesn't have to be 100% smooth). Mix in all the ingredients.
2. Then apply the mix to your hair. I suggest to cover your hair with a shower cap or saran wrap. Let it sit for about 30-45 minutes.
3. Finally, rinse it out thoroughly and follow with a gentle shampoo and conditioner
Note: peppermint essential oil also help fight dandruff and oily scalp.
