In the most general of definitions, "Latino" is defined as someone who is from Latin America, or has a Latin American ancestry.
But...not everyone agrees with this definition. Should persons who are born in Latin America and those who are born elsewhere, but have Latin American ties, be categorized differently?
I never really realized how this term may have a different meanings to different people, considering on where they were actually born and raised. When do we stop considering ourselves Latinos? Is it when we are the second or third generation of our Latin American born ancestry? Or is it something else?

I am very curious of all of your thoughts!
