The story takes place in Tokyo in 2039. After the outbreak of the unidentified virus, Japan has been under the control of a multinational organization called GHQ. Ouma Shu is a 17-year-old boy who has a psychic power in his right hand. He can use the "Ability of King" to extract tools or weapons from his friends. He has been avoiding making trouble for others but his life changes when he meets a girl named Yuzuriha Inori, a member of a resistance guerrilla group called "Undertaker", whose members pilot mecha weapons to fight against the government.

The theme of this anime is nothing original, but the way its executed is what makes Guilty Crown stand ahead of others. The story is mixed with every genre imaginable from Comedy to Action to Horror/Psychological, and every time a new genre appears it feels as if a new story is being told. To be honest every episode feels like it has its own story with the same characters

Oh boy...each character has his/her charm but I have to say for this one either you hate or love them. Personally I loved some and hated some, it might be because of the decision making, or maybe they're personality in general. BUT....I believe you should judge them by yourselves, because it's kinda hard to explain this one.

I decided to include this here as this is basically the main "topic" of Guilty Crown and is what it makes it unique. Shu (the protagonist) can extract weapons and tools from his friends and these weapons/tools depends on the persons heart and ideas, which means every person will have different weapons/tools and gives the viewers a sense of curiosity for every character in the anime, and there are a lot of weapons/tools here.

Putting aside all of the above, the soundtrack is AMAZING! Most of the time, I usually watch and listen to the intro and outro of a new anime at least once or twice. However, for Guilty Crown I was doing this every time I watched an episode! It is so good, fits perfect with the anime and there are so many different songs beside the intro and outro songs.
I would really love to read what people have to say about this one ^^
Hope you Enjoy!~
