Losing weight fast is almost impossible, but there is actually a few ways to reduce belly bloat. And if you combine all of these things, you'll end up with a belly that doesn't look like you just chugged 15 cheap beers. Summer is technically over, but you still have some days left to enjoy whatever sun is left. Let's make bikini season last one more week and let's reduce that belly bloat. ;)
It's pretty hard, nearly impossible, and unrealistic to lost weight fast. But getting rid of belly bloat fast?
Cut The Salt Out
Sodium, or salt actually increases water retention. Which is like the most uncomfortable sort of bloat ever. It's uncomfortable and it sucks. Try to cut out as much salt as possible, if not all. High sodium foods include packaged/canned foods, cheese, fast food, and cured/processed meat (like bacon). Salt is soooo unnecessary. Cut it out, and you'll cut out a lot of the water retention.
Drink From 1-2 Gallons of Water
Okay, so I drink about 2 gallons of water per day. And as much as I might look ridiculous keeping a large jug of water at my work desk, I know how important it is to keep hydrated (and to reduce bloat). Drinking water counteracts with water retention. The more water you drink, the more water you flush out. 2 gallons a day keeps my midsection lookin' flawless the next morning, you guys. Flawless like Beyonceee.
Cut Out Bloat-Induced Foods
It's easy to spot out foods with high sodium. But there are other foods you should look out for. Raw vegetables may be difficult to digest, so it can produce bloat. You're best off cooking your vegetables. Also, find out if you have any food insensitivities. If your body isn't a fan of foods like cheese or bread, you'll probably bloat.
Oh, and get rid of the beer. Because that's like bloat central.
