Games are fun. It's why we play them, right? Well you know what else is fun? Drinking! You know how to compund that fun into an even more fun experience? Doing both of those things at the same time! Yeahhh!
In college, me and some friends played a group session of Fallout 3. We all created a character together, and we made up a backstory and reasoning for her actions. Her name was Br'aandi. She was an incredibly lucky addict. We had a lot of good times with Br'aandi, taking her all over the capital wasteland, running amok.
We were already doing some casual day drinking, so we decided to up the ante by making a game out of it. It's a game about a game. Gameception, if you will. What's not to love about that?
Here are the Rules:

5.) If you get addicted to anything, player finishes drink.

8.) If you level up, everyone drink for as many seconds as there are levels.
9.) If you use fast travel, player finishes drink.
10.) If the mysterious stranger appears, everyone finishes their drink.
