Mark Ruffalo Reveals Why The Hulk Isn’t In ‘Captain America: Civil War’
Earlier this summer we heard rumors that Mark Ruffalo would return as Hulk in Captain America: Civil War.
Last month, Ruffalo was spotted partying with Chris Evans, Anthony Mackie, and Daniel Brühl in Berlin, near the set. All was well in movieland, or so we thought.
During a recent interview with Badtaste.it, Ruffalo spilled the beans that he won’t be in the movie after all, but has new news to share.
Apparently Ruffalo was left out of this movie for a bigger surprise down the line.
“The reason is too great to be revealed in this movie (Civil War). I was in the script but then they removed my character. They don’t want to reveal where is he and why. I don’t even know if Hulk will be back soon.”
While this is a bit vague, this could lead to a great surprise down the line.
The Hulk may be out of the new Captain America movie, but could be in line for a new solo film sometime soon. I really like Ruffalo as The Hulk. A feature film could be epic!
