A couple weeks ago another Vingler made a comment about DIY projects that got me thinking. At first I felt bad that maybe I wasn't providing good, fun, cute and informative diy projects for everyone on here. I say that because while MANY of mine are in depth and require patience and have long instructions....
I am NOT MAD or bothered by her comment. She helped me see that sometimes, the best types of diy projects are those with 5 steps or less. That really stuck with me. So much that I stopped sharing so that I could re-evaluate the cards I share. Again, I am NOT UPSET. I am GRATEFUL to her for giving yet another perspective to diy.
So, as a way of giving back and providing diy's that are quick and easy, here is a cool way to make flower centerpieces for weddings or any other reason that you can do in 90-seconds that is impossible to mess up.
Fresh (or faux) flowers
Greens (like lemon leaf or seeded eucalyptus)
Flower foam (oasis for fresh flowers)
1. Follow foam instructions and soak in water
2. Snip flowers short (or to your liking)
3. Begin placing flowers in the direct center
4. Work in a spiral outward to edges
5. Add greens last
With an extra hand or two, you could have all your wedding centerpieces done in less than five minutes! I can't even hardly believe it, but it's true! I hope you like this one Vinglers. :)
