What supple pretty feet? In between a pedi or don't have enough cash to keep getting them? I have some cool tips on how to keep your feet looking nice.
I love getting pedis...but they can be costly. So I will share with you what I do to keep money in my purse and keep my feet happy!
When taking showers I use a quick scrub or I make sure to use a foot file on my feet before they get dry when I'm out the shower. When using the foot file I just hit the trouble areas. I use avacado oil on my feet always.
I use the heel to toe foot file...but you can grab these at your local beauty store. They are cheaper there.
During the weekend or Whenever I need to.
I make time out to give myself my own pedicure to relax and save money. You can do this when you have free time. It's a great way to unwind. If you want the whole spa effect...light candles, play your favorite music, and sip some green tea...or wine lol. I don't judge!
I run warm water in my foot soak bath
Mix in my homemade foot soak (Epsom salt, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Baking soda and essential oil).
After a bit I use my homemade foot scrub. Right now I'm in love with my Grapefruit Burst (Epsom Salt, Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Olive Oil, Avacado Oil, Shea Butter, and Essential Oil).
When finished I polish my feet and rub on peppermint oil or my avacado oil.
Here go some other recipes for foot soaks and other foot scrubs.
If you have day feet you can use and olive oil overnight treatment or try wearing vapor rub and socks to bed. Above I found a youtube video that explains the olive oil and sock method. I tried both and they both work great.
However, you can use any oil for the oil and sick method....apricot, avacado, sweet almond oil is great too.
