Want to tone up those arms and burn off arm flab?

Do 3 sets of 10-15 reps for each exercise, 3 to 4 times a week. If you're not used to working out, try starting without weights. Then once you've got the hang of it, use 5 lb or 10 lb free weights.

Crossover Hammer Curl

Horizontal Bicep Curl

Triceps Kickback

Kneeling Triceps Extension

Shoulder Press

Cheer Press

and then eat 70 bags of skittles. got it.

Oh man, as a beginner this really sucks. 1 set had me feeling the burn halfway through and I only used weights for the Kneeling Triceps Extension. My arms are gonna be kick ass in no time,though. haha!
Hahahaha @SarahRoot you're so right. I have never looked that good (or that happy) while working out lol. I'm usually like a sweaty red-faced mess with bad hair and a wrinkled oversized tshirt on... XD
