Want to tone up those arms and burn off arm flab?

Do 3 sets of 10-15 reps for each exercise, 3 to 4 times a week. If you're not used to working out, try starting without weights. Then once you've got the hang of it, use 5 lb or 10 lb free weights.

Horizontal Bicep Curl

Triceps Kickback

Kneeling Triceps Extension

Shoulder Press

@SarahRoot Aww!! you shouldn't be!! Everyone feels a little self conscious I think... but the important thing to remember is, people are so self centered :P no one's looking at you, because they're too busy worrying about what they look like :D :P

Oh man, as a beginner this really sucks. 1 set had me feeling the burn halfway through and I only used weights for the Kneeling Triceps Extension. My arms are gonna be kick ass in no time,though. haha!
If I were to be taken a picture of while doing that, I would not be smiling. Even if I work out regularly.
I'd probably flip off the camera.
