DMX’s Son Is Selling His Father’s Platinum Albums Commemorative Plaque on eBay
DMX has had a rough 2015.
DMX’s ex-wife, Tashera Simmons, was granted court approval to garnish the rapper’s royalty checks. He's been accused of robbing a man at a gas station. He even admitted to eating dog food on a regular.
If things couldn't get any worse, DMX recently found out his family members were selling his prized possessions online for a quick buck.
Earlier this week DMX’s son Xavier Simmons hit EBay to sell the commemorative plaque for his father’s first three multiplatinum-selling albums.
The three albums are It’s Dark And Hell Is Hot, Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood, and And Then There Was X.
The NYC native is currently in prison at New York’s Erie County Holding Center serving a six-month term over unpaid child support. Talk about kicking a man when he's down.
According to TMZ, Earl Simmons, is pissed at his son and says that he never gave permission to sale the plaque.
It's rumored that DMX's son is looking to start a music career of his own. If that is the case, he may be looking to use the money to fund his music. Seems silly to me though, because if he was serious about music I'm sure his dads connections could get him more value on studio time or guest features that 3,000 dollars cash.
Xavier is going to have to answer some serious questions about selling his fathers property when he gets home.
