Je偶eli nie przywi膮zuje du偶ej uwagi do tego, by dieta by艂a zr贸wnowa偶ona i zbilansowana, po jakim艣 czasie ka偶dy zaczyna czu膰 si臋 gorzej. Dos艂ownie brakuje si艂 do dzia艂ania, a organizm wysy艂a sygna艂y, kt贸re mog膮 by膰 zwi膮zane na przyk艂ad z pogarszaj膮cym si臋 stanem sk贸ry, w艂os贸w, obni偶eniem nastroju czy brakiem si艂 witalnych. Czym jest dieta 艣r贸dziemnomorska? Dieta nazywana 艣r贸dziemnomorsk膮 to spos贸b od偶ywiania, kt贸ry preferuj膮 mieszka艅cy kraj贸w le偶膮cych nad Morzem 艢r贸dziemnym. Styl 偶ycia zwi膮zany mi臋dzy innymi z warunkami pogodowymi i wysokimi temperaturami sprawia, 偶e po leniwych popo艂udniowych godzinach, kiedy to temperatury zwyczajnie nie daj膮 偶y膰 i trzeba schowa膰 si臋 w cieniu, przychodzi rze艣ki i pe艂en energii wiecz贸r, podczas kt贸rego mieszka艅cy kraj贸w 艣r贸dziemnomorskich bardzo cz臋sto biesiaduj膮 do p贸藕nych godzin. Stawia si臋 na oliw臋, na kt贸rej dusi si臋 lub kt贸r膮 doprawia si臋 posi艂ki po przyrz膮dzeniu. Praktycznie w ka偶dym posi艂ku wyst臋puje porcja warzyw, chocia偶by w postaci prostej i nieskomplikowanej sa艂atki ze 艣wie偶ych listk贸w. Zjadane s膮 mniejsze porcje, a aktywno艣膰 do p贸藕nych godzin sprawia, 偶e organizm wykorzystuje zdobyte w ten spos贸b kalorie. Wydaje si臋, 偶e jedz膮 du偶o, ale tak naprawd臋 zjadaj膮 w sumie niewielkie porcje.
B谩nh gi岷 - One of the easiest and most popular cakes in Vietnam
B谩nh gi脿y (it can also be written as written as banh day or banh chung) is a Vietnamese traditional cake. Cake is a white, flat, and round glutinous rice cake. They are wrapped in cut pieces of banana leaves. They are usually served with a type of Vietnamese sausage. Cake can be fried to a thin crispy golden crust or be eaten with pork rolls. Another variation is called banh giay bean, where ground boiled mung bean (mung bean) - salted or sweetened - is stuffed inside. It is very similar to other Asian glutinous rice cakes like Japanese mochi, Korean tteok or Chinese lo mai chi. Do you want to hear the legend of the "B谩nh gi岷"? Emperor H霉ng V瓢啤ng had many sons. Some pursued literary careers. Others excelled in martial arts. The youngest prince named Lang Li锚u, however, loved neither. Instead, he and his wife and their children chose the countryside where they farmed the land. One day, toward the end of the year, the emperor met with all his sons. He told them whoever brought him the most special and unusual food would be made the new emperor. Almost immediately, the princes left for their homes and started looking for the most delicious food to offer the emperor. Some went hunting in the forests and brought home birds and animals which they prepared into the most palatable dishes. Some others sailed out to the open sea, trying to catch fish, lobsters and other much loved sea food. Neither the rough sea nor the violent weather could stop them from looking for the best gifts to please the emperor. In his search, Lang Li锚u went back to the countryside. He saw that the rice in his paddy fields was ripe and ready to be harvested, Walking by a glutinous rice field, he picked some golden grains on a long stalk. He brought them close to his nose and he could smell a delicate aroma. b峄搉 t岷痬 膽峄﹏g His entires family then set out to harvest the rice, Lang Li锚u himself ground the glutinous rice grains into fine flour. His wife mixed it with water into a soft paste. His children helped by building a fire and wrapping the cakes with leaves. In no time, they finished, and in front of them lay two kinds of cakes: one was round and the other was square in shape. The round cake was made with glutinous rice dough and was called b谩nh d岷 by Lang Li锚u. He named the square shaped cake b谩nh ch瓢ng which he made with rice, green beans wrapped in leaves. Everybody was extremely happy with the new kind of cakes. On the first day of Spring, the princes took the gifts of their labor and love to the emperor. One carried a delicious dish of steamed fish and mushrooms. Another brought with him a roasted peacock and some lobsters. All the food was beautifully cooked. When it was Lang Li锚u's turn to present his gifts, he carried the b谩nh ch瓢ng and his wife carried the b谩nh d岷 to the emperor. Seeing Lang Li锚u's simple offerings, other princes sneered at them. But after tasting all the food brought to court by his sons, the emperor decided that the first prize should be awarded to Lang Li锚u. The emperor then said that his youngest son's gifts were not only the purest, but also the most meaningful because Lang Li锚u had used nothing except rice which was the basic foodstuff of the people to make them. The emperor gave up the throne and make Lang Li锚u the new emperor. All the other princes bowed to show respect and congratulated the new emperor.

What do you know about the legend of moon cake of Vietnamese people?
It is said that, in the past, there was a fairy in the sky named Hang Nga, she was very beautiful and worked hard to govern a shimmering Moon. She loves children very much, so her dream is to come down to earth to play with them, but because the rules of the fairy world do not allow it. Legend of moon cake One day, Ngoc Hoang held a contest "Make cakes on the full moon day" on the full moon day of August - the day when the moon is the brightest and fullest of the year, whoever can make the most delicious, most beautiful and most fancy cakes will be honored. Reward whatever you want. Hang Nga is very interested, eager to join the contest right away. When she came to earth to consult, she met Cuoi - a man who specializes in lying, every night Cuoi gathers children under the banyan tree at the top of the village to tell gossip. In addition to "lie" talent, Cuoi is very good at cooking, he often makes cakes for the children in the village to eat, so the children love Cuoi. Hang Nga knew that was very happy and asked Cuoi to make a new kind of cake with her, so Cuoi came up with an initiative to just put all the ingredients together and bake it, which are eggs, melon seeds, meat, sesame, lotus seeds, sausages鈥 And strangely enough, the cakes came out of the oven with a rich aroma, and the children who ate them all complimented that they were delicious, although it was not very beautiful, but it was the best cake that the children enjoyed. It was time to return to heaven, Hang Nga brought delicious unnamed cakes to heaven to compete and bid farewell to her lovely friends on earth, goodbye to the lying but talented and kind Cuoi. . But because Cuoi was attached to her and didn't want to leave her, he held her hand tightly and strangely, there was a supernatural power that pulled him and the banyan tree to the moon. Climbing up the banyan tree he could see the children playing in the world. Sometimes, when he misses home and misses his children, Cuoi can only sit and cry and be sad. As for Hang Nga, her unique cake won the first prize and was named "moon cake" by the Jade Emperor and granted her a wish. She wishes that every year on the full moon day of August, she will be able to share joy and play with children with Cuoi Canoe on earth. The wish was accepted and Ngoc Hoang named the full moon day of August "Mid-Autumn Festival" - a fun festival for children. Since then, every Mid-Autumn Festival, Ms. Hang and Uncle Cuoi come down to earth to bring joy to the children. Moon cake has since become an indispensable special dish on this day. From then on, every full moon day in August, when the moon is at its brightest and roundest, people hold a lantern procession, a dragon dance and a lion dance under the moonlight to celebrate the day Uncle Cuoi, Hang and the Rabbits came down to earth. play.
