Benefits of ACV:
- Contains healthy mallic acid and enzymes

Directions: Dilute the ACV with warm water. Gently massage onto your scalp for a couple minutes. Rinse with cool water. Do this a couples times a week.

i wouldnt think so since they are all natural products, but just to be on the safe side i would steer clear of the apple cider vinegar since it happens to be very strong @kararhory

@karahory I have used the apple cider method on my hair (it's dyed brown)... it works and didn't strip my hair of colour. @jordanhamilton the apple cider method is safe if well diluted (1 part apple cider to 2-3 parts water)
