Five Piece Fall Wardrobe Challenge

Are you up for a challenge?

This isn't just any old challenge, this challenge takes deep thought and courage. Okay, maybe I'm over reacting a bit, but this challenge is definitely one that everyone should give a try at least once. A lot of times, we [including myself] buy and buy and never wear resulting in us hoarding clothes from prior seasons. In turn, we end up wasting money that could've been saved up for an investment or an item we really wanted to add to our wardrobe, but didn't have the money to afford. With this five piece fall wardrobe challenge, you have the opportunity to invest. When I say invest I mean in items that you normally wouldn't splurge on because of the price tag, but if you think about it -- these are investments [items that will last you for years]. There are only a few rules with this challenge and they are as followed:
[only five new pieces a season]
[basic pieces don’t count -- unless they're more than what you would normally spend]
[accessories don’t count, unless they cost more than $200]
[bags and shoes do count]
Below I have listed the items for my five piece wardrobe. Hopefully it gives you a bit of inspiration to create one of your own.

Acne Jensen Boot

I've been eyeing these babies for quite some time now and although they are a pretty penny, I definitely think they would be the perfect investment. Pointed toe black chelsea boots will never go out of style and these can easily be dressed up or down.

Alexander Wang Diego Bag

This bag has been a favorite of mine for some years now, but every time I saw the price it broke my heart a little bit more each time. I think this is a bag that can take you far and would look amazing with pretty much any outfit.

The Stuart Weitzman Gilligan Flat

Every woman needs a good flat shoe for those days when you simply don't feel like dealing with heels. Stuart Weitzman won me over with these lace up flats and now I have to make it my duty to invest in a pair.

Acne Studios Suede Moto Jacket

Suede is definitely on trend this season and moto jackets never go out of style. This Acne jacket would be the perfect investment for the fall and the pop of green makes it all the better.

Isabel Marant Cable Knit Sweater

Everyone loves an amazing chunky sweater, especially in the cooler months. This cable knit by Isabel Marant will make your fall nights and winter mornings all the more enjoyable in style.

Let the shopping begin.

What five items would you add to your list?
