Fashion week has only just begun, and already I'm lusting after the amazing denim looks that will be available come Spring of 2016. It's too early to start putting together trend reports from the Spring 2016 runways, as only a handful of designers have yet shown this fashion week. I can, however, already put toether my denim inspiration board thanks to the work of the very talented following designers.

Assembly New York
Assembly New York's show was very Ready-to-Wear, and I'm not complaining. Their liberal use of patchwork denim and fabricated fringe hems felt very in style for today, let alone for next spring. The messy hems and seemingly casual patches give denim a perfectly effortless vibe we all want to embody.
As usual, Whit was all about pretty polish with just enough edge to keep the looks on-trend, and their use of denim this season was no exception. From delicately ruffled denim to the strapless gown in the unexpected fabric, the Whit show exemplified just how luxe the typically casual fabric can look when treated right.
See by Chloe
The denim skirts at the See by Chloe show gave us major throwback vibes, but the gradation dip dyes and delicate fringe hems are all the rage right now. Combined with hippie chic peasant blouses and pretty paisleys, the collection is already making me excited for spring's warmer days.
...and finally, BCBG Max Azria topped off a very Normcore show (what was with the models wearing quilted bucket hats?) with this fabulous quilted denim swing dress.
