Day 5 Journal: Hi Folks! I am doing fine on my diet and with exercise too. I changed my diet around to make it more managable b/c it is a lifestyle change. On the original plan, I would feel tired and my muscles ached b/c of the lack of protein, but now I feel more energized. Although my food journal for today seems really skimpy, it wasn't b/c of my diet, more so I wasn't feeling well, so I didn't eat that much. Food Journal: Breakfast: Vitamin Water Lunch: 2 boiled eggs Dinner: 2 Boiled eggs and an orange Other: Caffe Latte (no sugar) Like I said, I realize that this isn't a lot, but it wasn't on purpose at all. I will go back to eating normally tomorrow. My new plan is to eat fruit in the morning, which I already enjoy, have lunch with my colleagues, and a light dinner (not sure what that will be though). @avin--I have considered it, some seem too extreme, but others are more manageable ^_^
