Status: Completed (24 Episodes)
The story is just another school romantic comedy, but man....the execution is something else. You will get into the anime in the first 2 - 3 episodes, or if you're like me on the first one. You will laugh, cry, hate and love with the story of Shiina and Sorata and friends. It really is a burst of emotions with all the randomness+cuteness this anime has to offer.
First of all, I haven't said this enough but Shiina Mashiro is my Anime Crush. She's the most adorable character I've seen since ever, with a godlike artistic talent. Sorata is your average high school boy, being all clumsy with no special talent, but he cares so much about everything else BUT himself, which is great. The side characters all have their different and unique personalities which supports amazingly Shiina and Sorata.
Look! Cuteness! Cuteness Everywhere~ The animation is great, characters support each other so well which is why the viewer feels like he/she is with them. Also, this anime with all the different genres mixed together (plus the amazing execution) will make you feel a lot, and I mean really A LOT, different emotions, even those you never thought you had.
Sakurasous soundtracks will always cheer you up. It sounds like just another generic cute anime song, but it will always make you smile and want to listen to it over and over again. Maybe it's just me, but I have Sakurasous soundtracks always with me for those times I get mad or feel down.
Sakurasou no Pet has been a roller-coaster of emotions every time I watch it. I know there are people like me here in the community let's laugh and cry together.
