Easy 10 minute healthy meal, faster than fast food!
Health and fitness has always been a passion of mine. My worst enemy is convenience and cravings, though. Here's a simple fix when you're in a hurry and want to stay clean but want tasty! - Mahi Mahi (easy and cheap but solid protein) - Instant Spanish rice in a microwave pouch (a cheat, but WAY better than giving into fast food!) - Avocado - A little leftover fresh salsa I blackened the fish in a small pan with some garlic powder and smoked paprika. Seasoned or not, just use a small amount of spray oil to keep the fat in check, but limit stick. This is not my ideal fitness stringent meal, but it's a great impromptu dinner that tastes amazing if you like a little spice and substance. Substitute fresh steamed broccoli if you want to manage carbs. 2 minutes in the microwave and you've got killer clean veggies. I'm all about being practical and realistic. I hope you enjoy!

This sounds delicious!!! When I do food prep, I am the same way -- I pretty much eat the same things everyday. Mahi mahi sounds so good to my stomach right now.

Mahi Mahi has always been a staple in my diet and is a great affordable white fish. Fitness or not! lol. I have a tendency to eat a lot of the same foods all the time, but I do try to mix it up with spices and accents. The leftover salsa I had was from a restaurant! I don't throw anything fresh away if I can help it.
