Here's a simple fix when you're in a hurry and want to stay clean but want tasty! - Mahi Mahi (easy and cheap but solid protein) - Instant Spanish rice in a microwave pouch (a cheat, but WAY better than giving into fast food!) - Avocado - A little leftover fresh salsa I blackened the fish in a small pan with some garlic powder and smoked paprika. Seasoned or not, just use a small amount of spray oil to keep the fat in check, but limit stick. This is not my ideal fitness stringent meal, but it's a great impromptu dinner that tastes amazing if you like a little spice and substance.
