The story centers around Erika Shinohara, a vain 16-year-old girl who tells her friends about her romantic exploits, but she actually has no boyfriend. She claims that a handsome boy in a candid photo is her boyfriend, but it turns out that boy is a schoolmate named Kyouya Sata. She has no choice but to make him her fake boyfriend. Unfortunately, Sata may look like a sweet person, but he is actually an ultra-black-hearted sadist. Sata takes advantage of Erika's weakness and treats her like his dog.
Status: Completed (12 Episodes)
This one is just great! A lot of animes focus on the girl (Only the girl) being the one to be hard to get, or being mean to the boys EXCEPT the, usually, senpai they love, and thus the Tsundere and Yandere, etc. On this one is kinda the opposite. The girl is a very nice girl trying to find her place in school. However, this and that happens and she gets stuck with Sata. Because of Sata, this story becomes so much better. Rather than explain it, I think it would be easier for you to watch this one. Another note, this anime is a lot like "Ao Haru Ride" <== Which is amazing as well.
Erika, as I said, is one of the nicest girl I've seen but still kinda finding her place in school. However, she's one of those characters who would either just love or hate. Sata is an interesting character. He's selfish, mean, kinda creepy, but no one knows that as he is "The Prince" at school being nice to every one. You will probably hate Sata but watch until the end and you'll end up loving him (this ones for all the fangirls out there). The relation between Erika and Sata is just hilarious. It's a mix of everything, cute, sexy, creepy, etc.
The best part I have to say is the execution of this type of story as there are way too many out there but there's something about this one that makes it unique (Hard to explain). The relation between Erika and Sata is unique as well as I haven't really seen many that take this route out there. Besides that the setting is just your generic school with the same problems as others but you should really watch it JUST because of Erika and Sata.
As I always say I'm a guy who loves J-Rock and J-Pop, and this Opening is another fine example of what I'm talking about. We cannot see this type of bands or even genre to some extend in other countries besides Japan. Both Opening and Ending songs makes you just enjoy what you're doing and of course the anime.
Once again, if you have watched "Ao Haru Ride' and loved it, this one is for you, specailly if you are a fangirl of hot guys I don't know *ahem*
Hope You Enjoy!~
