Day 6: It was actually a pretty good day for me today. The weather was nice in the morning, so I was able to walk to work. Unfortunately, it was freezing when I walked home at night, but on the plus side, it was probably the fastest I ever walked home. lol. As far as my health is concerned, I am no longer sick and I was able to eat according to my new diet plan. Food Journal: Breakfast: A large navel orange and water Lunch: Spicy steamed pork with korean side dishes (not sure what they were called~~my favorite veggie pancakes) Dinner: Beef and Mushroom breakfast sandwich Snack: Navel Orange and water I am not counting calories, I am doing more of a portion thing and I try to eat heavier early in the day (so lunch time). This way I don't go to sleep on a full stomach. I feel that this has really helped with my energy because I don't feel weak or sluggish in the morning.
