Want a body like Taylor Swift? You're not alone.

The star works hard to maintain her lean, mean figure, doing an hour of cardio every day! Maybe you don't have time for a full hour's grind on the treadmill (or, let's be honest, the motivation...) but you DO have time to rock out to these 5 Taylor Swift songs and get a bangin' workout while you do it!
These easy-to-moderate level dance fitness vids will seem easy at first, but if you do them in sequence with a 30 second cool down march between each, you'll be surprised at what a good workout you get – and how much fun you're having! :D
Start by warming up with this easy routine to "We Are Never Getting Back Together." Video by Inside Jenny's Head! I love the ladies' energy in this one. You can tell they're really getting into the groove!
Next, shake your groove thang to this fun choreo by SHiNE Dance Fitness (who, by the way, offer a TON of free dance workout videos on their channel!) to Taylor's danciest song, "Shake It Off"!
Now, challenge yourself with this faster paced workout to "I Knew You Were Trouble"! The choreography is a bit more advanced, so you might have to watch through once or twice to get it down. But it's totally worth it – this one really targets your quads, abs, and glutes, and will DEFINITELY have you feeling the burn! Choreography by Cat at Tease Dance, UC Berkley.
Let's bring it home with the Bad Blood Squat Challenge by Love Sweat Fitness! Yes, you will sweat; yes, you will lift and tone your booty, and YES, you can do this!! Give it your all, because you're in the home stretch.
Finally, cool down with this "Blank Space" cover by ReFitRev. Or better yet, since covers generally annoy me, learn the moves (they're super simple) and then cool down to the actual Taylor song here. :) Great work, everybody!!

And now you know how to shake it like Taylor! :)

What other pop stars would you like to dance to? Comment below, because I'm always taking requests! :)
This is great hahaha. But I still miss the Taylor Swift that used to sing "You Belong to Me" and "Love Story"
@mchlyang I know!! Such classics. Sigh... remember when she used to be a sweet country girl instead of an international superstar with supermodels for best friends??
