Am I the only one who thinks this is like the most complete breakfast ever? If there's anything I always have in my kitchen, it's eggs, beans, and rice. I usually cook my rice and beans in large portions so I can have them for the next few days.
And eggs...well I buy like 2 dozen at a time.
Although, I'd say that I eat mostly brown rice. I occasionally have white rice if I am at my family's house. It's pretty much a perfect meal -- you have your protein, fiber, healthy fats, carbohydrates, ect.
So, who's about that rice, beans, and egg life for breakfast?
