If you're looking for a morning wake-up-and-go drink that is super nutritious and packed with vitamins, complete-chain proteins and fat-loss promotion, then this is something you should consider consuming 3-4x a week.
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 package/powder of multi-vitamin
1 teaspoon spirulina powdered algae
Stir very well and sip to swallow. While this stuff doesn't taste bad, it feels like broken crushed glass particles going down your throat. Not a terrific feeling, but then again, this isn't a lot of beverage to consume. If you can do shots of hard liquor, you can easily do this!
