Weight Lifting Propulsion Consumables
I am pleased to report that my 30-Day Challenge is still underway. I had a few minor/major slip-ups, depending on how you look at it. My birthday was yesterday and there was a sizable consumption of chocolate cake and chocolate frosting, which you can see here.
And since I've begun my challenge to build a better physique, I decided to invest in some weight gain consumables that I wanted to share with you all. I am not a pro, obviously, and have put these things together based on what I read and what others have done. And by others, I am talking about guys like US Marine, Frank Bugner and WBFF Pro World Champion Muscle Model, AJ Ellison (both pictured above).

I use a combination of 4 different products:

Pre-Workout:
(1) Hydroxy-Elite-Pro pill (not pictured)
(1) scoop of C4 energy
(1) scoop of EVP Plus

Intra-Workout:
(1) scoop Glyco-Ject
(1/2) scoop Cell K.E.M.

Post-Workout:
(1/2) scoop Cell K.E.M.
(1) scoop plain or vanilla protein powder
(1) scoop Amino-Ject

Most of what you see is from Evogen Nutrition, which is what many of the IFFB Pro League consumes. I figure, if it's good enough for them, then it's good enough for me!

Are there supplements or powders or other consumables that you take that work for you?

Have you ever tried Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)? I've taken it -- I know my friend who was a bodybuilder used this as as one of her main supps (along with other things she was taking). I think this worked for me as well, but it's hard to measure things like these out when you're taking other stuff.
definitely going to look into this. I need all the help I can get!!! thank you @alywoah
Hmm...to be honest, I don't know about supplements....I heard somewhere its better to have natural food over supplements (and I'm saying this as I am getting ready to go to GNC to get my monthly supply of whey protein)
hahaha @mchlyang you're funny. I order mine online; I think it's cheaper that way. GNC is really expensive.
@marshalledgar @mchlyang I don't like some of the stuff GNC carries. They taste like medicine :) I order mine online, but I only use whey and creatine
