Ryan Murphy is coming out with yet another show, and I can already feel another cult following buzzing in the air. Murphy knows how to make awesome TV (at least the first few seasons), as he is the creator of Glee and American Horror Story.
Now Scream Queens has hit Fox and Tuesdays will never be the same.
Part 80's slasher, part comedy, all insanity, Scream Queen follows a totally stereotypical sorority that is being hunted down by a person in a red devil costume. Add some absolutely deadly sisterhood secrets and some truly out of their fucking minds rich white kids, and you have the recipe for the funniest slasher TV show ever.
Full of unbelievable one liners, tons of millennial jokes, and spot on characterization this show, that at first had me skeptical, has gotten me hook, line, and sinker.
But let me just talk about the single best part of the entire show... Chanel.
Played by Emma Roberts (who pulls off nonchalant mean girl like no other) has me rolling on the floor every time she opens her mouth.
She's super rich and super hot and she knows it, so prepare yourself because TV has never seen a sorority sister quite like her.
Scream Queens is on Fox Tuesdays. If you haven't already watched the 2 hour series premier, go watch it now.
