Looking to ~shake up~ your smoothie routine? :)

Try out one (or all!) of these simple, healthy smoothies! One's packed with antioxidants to help your body get rid of toxins; one's great for combatting tummy trouble; another cuts out all processed sugar; and finally, the last one eliminates junk food cravings!

Green Tea Berry Banana: Antioxidant powerhouse.

3 Tbsp green tea
2 tsp honey
1½ cup frozen blueberries
½ med banana
¾ cup calcium fortified light vanilla soy milk

Banana Ginger Smoothie: Combats tummy trouble and nausea.

1 banana, sliced
¾ cup (6 oz) vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
½ tsp freshly grated ginger

Strawberry Flaxseed: No processed sugar!

1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries
1 Tbsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil
1 Tbsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds (optional)

Breakfast Blast: Eliminate junk food cravings.

1 cup calcium-fortified vanilla soy milk
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup corn flakes cereal
