Yeah, sometimes it's not a good idea. This has happened to me. Quads and glutes be like:

"LOL nope you ain't getting back up."

Delayed onset muscle soreness. Described as really painful soreness. @Danidee
@alywoah HAHAH OH. Yes, I totally know this feel. Especially since I work out so on and off that I feel like my muscles are constantly getting shocked.
