Bettering My German Skills

I love German. Maybe more than I love English (Don't tell English). My teacher Herr Bumbaugh encourages us to speak German, read German, watch German outside of class as much as possible (or in some cases as much as we're willing to handle).
At any rate I wonder if there might be someone, anyone who would be willing to help me better my skills within the German language through German conversations and anything else they may see as helpful in this matter (because I as clueless as I am cannot think of anything else). Anyone willing to assist is appreciated, but I will not take up so many offers that I can't keep up with them all.
Preemption "Thank you!" to those whom are nice enough for this.
