This gorgeous breakfast is:

You will need:

1 cup coconut milk yogurt
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
Dash of cinnamon
¼ cup berries of choice

It's as easy as 1-2-3:

1. In a glass, place half the coconut milk yogurt. Top with sunflower seeds, coconut, cinnamon and berries.

2. Repeat step one.

3. Enjoy!

@User26 Absolutely! It's extremely healthy, gets you a serving of fresh fruit, and will keep you full for several hours thanks to those seeds :) Low-calorie too! For more protein, you can try using Greek yogurt. :)
