How to Be Attractive: According to Zach Galifianakis
It's really unfortunate that people seem to think that Zach Galifianakis is just the funny guy from the Hangover movies and that one movie where he was Iron Man's driver. Personally, I think he's definitely a catch. Whenever I talk to my female friends about what they want in a guy, I find myself in a state of realization where every thing they want can be found in Zach Galifianakis.
So, if you were wondering (you weren't) how to make yourself into the Adonis of Hollywood, Zach Galifianakis, check out the list below to start your quest into turning yourself into a different person that is not yourself.
He knows what things are and sometimes it's just that simple. You'll never find Galifianakis thinking about why something is like another thing or how to get a thing that you can't get. If he thinks about something as it is. And I think that's an admirable trait. Here's happiness, here's sadness, here's a dog. They're all what they are and that's it.
Check out the gif above. From that we can already tell that he's doing some deeper thing. What necessarily is Raven? What isn't Raven? Aren't these two questions the two things every philosopher has been pondering about? I remember when I was in school, we'd constantly bring up the question what constitutes something being "so Raven"? Is it Raven Simone herself? I don't know. But Zach, here, he pushed this conversation forward ten thousand miles by telling us that things that are Raven are things that we do. Whoa.
Sure, he smokes a little weed. Don't we all (I don't mom, I swear)? But he understand the risks in getting hooked on it. The risk in using a drug or a drink as a crutch. Most people don't feel that way. I can't think of the amount of people I've met that are all about drinkin' and smokin' without thinking about why they're doing the things they do. Sure, doing your thing is cool every once in a while but don't go overboard. And Zach Galifianakis understands this, he'll look out for you. Don't worry.
He knows who he is. And he isn't afraid to say it. There's something about honesty that really attracts whoever you may be attracted to. He isn't honest to a fault. I've met many people who were brutally honest and I've fought them all (don't worry, I lost those fights). But the way Zach is honest is endearing and charming. It's a confident kind of honesty, a kind of honesty that feels safe, that feels like home.
He Knows What He Wants
This is probably the best thing on this list. I know I mentioned it before with Johnny Depp but according to this gif above, he takes it a step further. He's not going to wallow in would have/should have/could have-done type of thoughts. He'll be with you in the moment. He won't think about his past or his future, just the present. And isn't that what we're all trying to achieve? Aren't we all reading these mindfulness books and yoga manuals in order to really accept the present? How has Zach Galifianakis gotten this far without it? We may never know.
And there you have it. Zach Galifianakis is and incredibly attractive individual. And you know what, I'll stand by that statement forever. There's something about the way we perceive attractiveness in contemporary society that doesn't really sit well with me.
Attractiveness is subjective. Everyone has their own point of view. In the grand scheme of things, it really doesn't matter what someone looks like or what you look like unless you're happy with it. And I can say that until I'm blue in the face but I know it isn't something that's easy to accept or even agree with.
Maybe the problem isn't that there's something wrong with us, maybe it's that there's something wrong with the world around us.
